If not me, then who?

Hi everyone! I just returned from the most amazing meeting I have ever been to. I attended the National Lung Cancer Partnership's Advocacy Summit, and all I can say is WOW. I met some pretty amazing people with the most touching stories. And I got lots and lots of ideas for organizing my Free to Breathe 5k fun run/walk!

I can't eloquently state why I do this any better than simply asking you watch this video. It brought me to tears.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope to post some crafts this weekend- my craft room is calling my name. :)

Suzanne, What a powerful message. My mom was diagnosed with Stage IV in August 2005. She died in October 2005, less than two months after she was diagnosed. She was 57 years old. Thank you for sharing this.

Wow. That was moving. Thank you for sharing. I lost my next door neighbor to lung cancer last year. He seemed perfectly health and then he developed a nasty cough. Less than a year later, he died. Stage IV. He had been an ex-smoker for years.
