Papertrey July Blog Hop Challenge

This month's Blog Hop focuses on office supplies, but the sad part is that I don't really have many of those in the house! Sure, we have pens collected from various auto body shops and pet supply places, but they were not making their way onto a card tonight. My only other major office supply is my computer and my statistical computing software - also not small enough for a card. So I opted to use some of my new office-ish goodies from PTI.

The layout for this card is inspired by the sketch in Go-To Sketches Chapter 3 by Kim Hughes, and the color combo is inspired mostly by summertime, and the thought of picnics and sunshine. Here the weather has just been way too hot for that, and I am already itching for winter.

I love the cloth beaded flower at the top! I bought a collection of about 12 or so of them at Paper Source with the intention of using them in my paper crafts projects, in case you were wondering. I haven't seen them sold anywhere else.
Enjoy all the blog hoppin' and thanks for stopping by!

Supplies {by PTI unless otherwise noted}
