Tuesday Trigger: Strictly Stripes

I am back with another card for one of the Moxie Fab World's challenges. This week's Tuesday Trigger is to make a card inspired by this fabulously striped pair of mittens -

Here is the stripey creation that I came up with:



I used a striped background stamp for the background, stamped in white...and then I used some strips of Raspberry Fizz papers to add patterned stripes to the bottom of the card. I also sprayed the card with SU! champagne glimmer paint (mixed with rubbing alcohol) and then sprinkled some crystal glitter closer to the focal point featuring the sentiment:

Here you can see the shimmer and some glitter! The card was finished off with satin ribbon and an adorable flower button. The Moxie Fab Triggers and Challenges are really fun and inspirational, so I hope you play along too!
