Papertrey Ink August Blog Hop Challenge

Welcome to this month's Blog Hop Challenge with Papertrey Ink! Our task this month was to make a card inspired by this beautiful photo:

I was really inspired by the pattern inside the suitcase and by the flowers, as well as by the shape of the suitcase top & bottom. So I immediately knew I had to use a certain patterned paper from Echo Park and my new mum die; I also used the Half and Half dies to add shape above and below the focal point, inspired by the lid and base of the suitcase:

Happy Blog Hoppin', everyone!
Supplies {by PTI unless otherwise noted}: Stamps: Simple Sunflower; Paper: Vintage Cream, Dark Chocolate, Hibiscus Burst, New Leaf, Bitty Dot Basics, Echo Park; Ink: Dark Chocolate; Other: Bloom Builder #3, Half & Half dies, Harvest Gold buttons, cream twine, Mat Stack dies

I know these fabulous PTI blog hops are to get me to realize how much I "need" more PTI products, but you're not helping with the fabulous half and half dies (which were out of stock, I tried) and the flower dies...
