ribbon carousel challenge #31
For this week's Ribbon Carousel Challenge, Stephanie Muzzulin is challenging you to Color our World! Neutrals can always be used, but be sure to keep with Stephanie’s palette of Kraft, Red and Brown as your inspiration.
This week we are honored to have The Greeting Farm back as our sponsor! The Greeting Farm will be giving one lucky random winner a choice of 4x6 rubber stamp set or one of their fabulous new clear acrylic stamp sets!
For my card this week, I used one of the Greeting Farm's digi images - they really are so very adorable. I tried my hand at coloring this cutie with watercolor pencils, which has left me wondering if I should add Copics (and a coloring class!) to my Christmas wish list:
That gorgeous ribbon can be found in a variety of colors in the Ribbon Carousel store here. The patterned paper is from Echo Park (Season's Greetings) and the corduroy button is from SU!. I finished the button off with some red twine, also from Ribbon Carousel here.

Totally adorable!
How sweet! Your coloring looks awesome, Suzanne. I LOVE the ribbon, the paper, and the jingle bells!
Oh no. I've been looking for that type of ribbon. My birthday is next week, so I may just splurge!! Love that v-twill. So so pretty. But not as pretty as your little girl!! Delightful, Suzanne!
Beautiful coloring, Suzanne! Love that striped ribbon, too, with the sweet button/bells!
Oh I think you did a great job with your coloring! I LOVE that ribbon and the addition of those tiny jingle bells is just perfect!!
I know it was a lot of work to get the little girl to look like that, but I truly think that the coloring looks awesome! And I bet its harder to achieve that look with colored pencils than Copics, so I really think you should go for them :)
