Neat and Tangled Release Day 4: Party Dots

Welcome back to another release preview from Neat and Tangled Stamps! Today we are partying like it's 3012 with fun new set called Party Dots!

My card was inspired by a new blog template featured here, and it has quickly moved to the very top of my wish list...but I keep having a cheap attack before adding to my cart. LOL. Maybe I will cave on payday. :)

I stamped the long bubbly image many times across the front panel using 4 different shades of A Muse Studio ink onto their matching a|s cardstock. This sentiment is included in the Party Dots set, too.
